Watchkeeper supplies editable templates and supporting materials.

The customer acknowledges that:

• the documents require vessel-specific customisation
• the customer is responsible for confirming all applicable requirements
• the products are not regulator-approved
• the products do not guarantee compliance, inspection outcomes, survey acceptance or certification
• official regulator forms and reporting obligations remain the customer’s responsibility
• digital files must not be redistributed outside the purchased licence
• fictional examples are provided for demonstration and must not be represented as actual operational records
