Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Watchkeeper sells digital-download products only.

No physical product is shipped, and no postage or freight charge should apply.

After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased download through the order-confirmation page and/or delivery email.

Customers should:

• enter a correct email address at checkout
• download and securely store the supplied files
• contact Watchkeeper if the delivery email does not arrive
• check spam or junk folders before requesting assistance

Download access may be suspended where payment is reversed, refunded or identified as fraudulent.
